Indonesia e-VOA Visa Service
We collect name, email, WhatsApp, nationality, passport details and travel info ONLY to process your Indonesia e-VOA (B1). We are a private agent, not the government. Data is encrypted (TLS 1.3, AES-256), used only for your visa application, and auto-deleted after 30 days (7 days for passport scans). We never sell your data.

Contact Information
Full name, email address, WhatsApp phone number.
Travel Information
Nationality, arrival date, port of entry (e.g. CGK Jakarta, DPS Bali), purpose of visit (Tourism / Business).
Passport Sensitive Data
Passport number, date of birth, expiration date, digital scan of passport photo page, applicant selfie photo.
Payment & Technical Info
Payment method, transaction reference ID (we never store full credit card numbers), IP address, Meta lead ID.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA (Legal Basis: Contract, Consent, Legal Obligation)
- Process official e-VOA applications via the Directorate General of Immigration portal (molina.imigrasi.go.id).
- Deliver your approved e-VOA document & QR code directly to your WhatsApp and Email.
- Provide complimentary Telkomsel Tourist eSIM registration (strictly sharing necessary name, email, and phone with the authorized reseller).
- Optimize ad campaigns via Meta Ads offline conversion tracking using anonymized, cryptographically hashed data.
- Comply with mandatory Indonesian Immigration & legal record-keeping obligations.
